Green Day was playing a set at the IHeart Radio music festival when Billy Joe Armstrong got pissed off when the tele prompter that counts down the time for each act showed 1 minute left, he went on a rant about the amount of time Green Day got to play, you can hear it on the video above. Well it seems that going on rants when you feel disrespected is a big no, no because now he checked into rehab to fix himself I guess, and to not get angry when he feels disrespected?. TMZ:

Green Day‘s front man Billie Joe Armstrong is entering rehab for substance abuse … a rep for the band tells TMZ.

The news comes just two days after Armstrong went ballistic in Vegas during a performance at the iHeart Radio Music Festival. He was videotaped screaming obscenities, slamming Justin Bieber and violently smashing his guitar on-stage.

The band’s rep tells TMZ,  “Green day wants to apologize to those they offended at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas.”

Really? why do you guys apologize, fuck them and their festival, Green Day was the best thing on that festival and I’m not even a fan of Green Day, Rock and Roll it’s supposed to be angry and in your face not clean and wrapped in bubble wrap for your consumption like most of the music on the radio nowadays.
